Opsworkx LLC is a Virginia business serving businesses in the United States. This policy explains how we handle information collected through our website and business inquiries. It does not replace privacy or data-handling terms agreed separately for client services.
Information you provide
When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, company, email address, any optional phone number, selected answers from the guided flow, and any additional context you choose to provide. We also receive information you send in follow-up correspondence. Please do not submit passwords or confidential customer data through the website.
Website usage information
The website sends usage analytics to Framer. These requests can include the page URL and path, referring page, timezone, locale, a country-code field, and a generated identifier. This information helps us understand website use. Analytics requests are distinct from information you submit in an inquiry.
How we use and process information
We use inquiry information to respond to your request and follow up on the discussion. Within Opsworkx, the owner has operational access to these inquiries. Service providers also process information: Zoho CRM receives and stores submitted inquiry details, Google Workspace supports owner notifications and related email, and Framer receives website usage analytics.
We may also disclose information when required by law or to respond to a valid legal request.
How long we keep inquiry records
We retain noncustomer inquiry records for 12 months, then delete them unless a discussion is ongoing or a record needs to be kept. If you become a customer, the terms and recordkeeping needs of that relationship may also apply.
Questions and requests
Contact success@opsworkx.com to ask about your information or request access, correction, or deletion. We may need to verify your identity before acting and will consider requests in accordance with applicable law and any recordkeeping obligations.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the website or our practices change. We will post the revised policy with its effective date.
